Job Title

Our organization is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring facility integrity, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
  • Responsibilities will include performing routine inspections, addressing issues promptly, managing waste disposal and recycling, and ensuring proper security measures.
  • Contractor and Vendor Management: Overseeing contracts with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance.
  • People Management and Staff Supervision: Supervising staff, training on best practices, and managing staffing budgets and payroll.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring health and safety regulations are met, implementing and monitoring safety procedures, and managing emergency preparedness.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Managing maintenance, repair, and contract budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or business administration is required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of building systems, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
