We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment tracking.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and order information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
