Mid-Level IT Service Desk Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level IT Service Desk Expert to join our team at IT BY DESIGN in the Philippines. In this full-time, on-site position, you'll be responsible for providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and handling network, desktop, and printer troubleshooting.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2-3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or help desk roles, as well as active directory and office 365 user management skills.
A strong understanding of Windows operating systems, office productivity software, and basic networking concepts is required. Proficiency in using IT support tools, ticketing systems, and remote access software is also necessary.
We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn and continuously improve their technical skills.
