Job Title: Sales and Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling products and services to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for our company.
  • Presentation of products to clients through sales calls and product demos.
  • Interface with clients to address their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Attend meetings and sales calls to discuss product offerings and close deals.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and presentations to promote our products.
  • Generate business case studies and feasibility reports for product improvement or development.
  • Monitor and track daily work achievements to optimize performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

Eduction: Marketing, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering degree.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.

A pleasing personality, good customer service skills, and excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
