Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Bulacan. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring account metrics, providing solutions to client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bulacan
- Familiarity with franchising and multi-branch business models is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
