Product Insights & Rollouts Lead

This is a high-level position responsible for driving key initiatives and owning strategic programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the launch and rollout of consumer roadmaps across APAC, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Investigating issues as they arise, collaborating with global and APAC teams to resolve problems and manage Jira tickets effectively.
  • Reviewing and reporting on consumer metrics, generating insights on how products and rollouts impact these metrics.
  • Communicating with senior leaders, stakeholders, and large audiences, leading meetings and driving internal communications about product rollouts and insights.

Successful candidates will have:

Basic Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement solutions independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to navigate complex matrix organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and roles of contributors across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations.
  • Above-average technical understanding, with the ability to infer technology workings from basic logic and reading Product Requirements Documents.
