Job Overview

Develop and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reports to benchmark operational performance goals and initiatives. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define business requirements and execute against them.

Gain a deep understanding of eCommerce performance, customer, and productivity metrics. Develop new KPI's, metrics, and measures to gauge eCommerce performance.

Regularly analyze operational performance and projects to improve and scale eCommerce operations. Understand and communicate root causes of impacts on performance and attainment of business objectives.

Develop actionable insights and areas of opportunity for eCommerce operational performance. Present findings to business stakeholders.

Conduct data mining, regression analysis, and other quantitative analysis using industry standard statistical techniques.

Perform data modeling using existing models.

Work to ensure reliability and integrity of eCommerce customer and operational data sources.

Partner across departments or business groups to obtain information and align priorities.

Flag opportunities and challenges using data in current processes and metrics.

Partner with store operations to improve in-store customer experience measurement and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce, operations, fulfillment, finance, and/or analytics.
  • Proven experience with data query and extraction technologies (e.g., SQL).
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
