Data Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and approval tasks for clients.
  • Create and analyze data validation reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Develop job matching recommendations based on client needs.
  • Contribute to the development of overall metrics for the team, used in status reports for clients.
  • Deliver timely and accurate results within business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Leaders, and other team members to maintain high-quality data submissions.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES AND CLIENTS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL PROJECT OUTCOMES.
  • Participate in working groups and special teams to expand Data Management scope of work.
  • Provide input on process improvements and tool enhancements.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in adherence to ISO 9001 and 27001 guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience in problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, and experience in using compensation functions and job benchmarking is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively globally.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
