  • We are seeking an accomplished visual communications professional to join our team as a Digital Asset Specialist.
Job Description

As a Digital Asset Specialist, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring seamless delivery of digital assets. Your primary responsibility will be to review job instructions and participate in planning meetings when necessary. Additionally, you will utilize relevant software (Illustrator, Photoshop) to perform assembly functions and prepare files for digital production, adhering to established brand guidelines and processes.

You will ensure that all digital files are saved in designated locations, following document control file naming conventions, and assure the quality of these files before submitting them to Quality Control. Furthermore, you will complete tasks in accordance with our best practice approach, familiarize yourself with assigned client terminology, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements, and perform self-QC on all work following department SOPs.

Effective communication is key in this role, and you will update schedulers and customer service regarding job status, while also being open to continuous development and adopting new workflows or workarounds.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in building or amending digital files according to project briefs, with a solid understanding of corporate or client brand guidelines. Previous experience in the printing industry or design agency is highly desirable.
