The Billing Business Analyst role is a vital part of the organization's operations, responsible for overseeing client month-end billing tasks and serving as a liaison between various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support timely and accurate settlement processing by preparing, validating, and analyzing data.
  • Participate in firmwide and departmental projects, including implementation of new systems.
  • Elicit, capture, and document business requirements to enable automation of manual billing tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, improve workflows, and minimize risk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, SQL, and data visualization tools preferred
