Key to success lies in the ability to manage and execute complex projects. As a seasoned professional, you will lead end-to-end project management of one or more large to medium-sized strategic initiatives.

About This Role
  • This position requires effective planning, development, and execution of project efforts, ensuring all project management deliverables are in place and aligned with established guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating scheduling, resource planning, estimation, and ongoing project maintenance as the single point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project review meetings and maintain up-to-date reporting on project status.
  2. Proactively communicate key issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating them through appropriate governance channels when necessary.
  3. Enforce change management processes and ensure that all project outcomes meet expectations for time, cost, and performance.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, refine requirements, secure approvals, and mobilize resources for successful project delivery.
  5. Serve as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless project execution.

To excel in this role, you will require strong expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and Agile delivery practices. A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, IT, or a related field is essential, along with 5-7 years of experience in managing Global/Enterprise Technology and Digital Solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, IT, or any other related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the IT environment, including 3 or more years in managing Global/Enterprise Technology and Digital Solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Accredited Project Management Certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile Certified Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master, Disciplined Agile, Scaled Agile Framework amongst others.
