We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Development Manager. This role is responsible for driving the achievement of business objectives in the assigned territory through the management and development of distributor sales operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the distributor sales leadership team in creating annual business plans, facilitating the development of operational plans to achieve reach, range, and distribution objectives.
  2. Achieve execution and quality sales standards by leading the distributor sales leadership team and consistently driving reviews to identify specific action plans to address key gaps and opportunities.
  3. Drive profitable growth for key customers by modelling and coaching the Nestle Way of Selling and leading excellent execution in support of customer management teams.
  4. Support the development of Category and Channel Plans by providing feedback and insight on execution and commercial issues/opportunities.
  5. Develop distributor sales operations through training and coaching on Territory Development and In Call Execution with distributor sales team leaders.
