Job Overview

The Area Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations of food service outlets to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include managing staff development, merchandising, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to meet profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee outlet operations to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Develop strategies to promote sales, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance goals, providing training and coaching as needed.
  • Respond to customer complaints addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational efficiency implementing changes to optimize results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in management roles within the food industry.
  • Senior Supervisor Assistant Manager or Manager with experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
