Senior Regional Leadership Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of store management to deliver business objectives for their area, ensuring that people development, customer focus and financial results are all achieved. They will develop and drive the operating, visual and selling style of the brand and support the wider business plan by sharing best practices and supporting companywide initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Promoting Customer Focus: This role involves spending a significant amount of time in stores with store managers and teams, coaching and mentoring them by reinforcing superior selling skills and bringing the brand to life every day.
  2. Building High-Performing Teams: The ideal candidate will acquire, develop, engage and retain exceptional talent, set clear performance expectations and create a culture of empowerment and accountability to achieve results.
  3. Driving Business Results through Insight and Action: They will identify key insights and take fast, focused action to grow productivity and performance.
  4. Leading Change through Positivity and a Growth Mindset: They will inspire a shared vision and purpose, influence thinking and behaviors of others through partnership and collaboration.
  5. Delivering Operating Fundamentals: Consistent execution of operating fundamentals as an enabler of sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in management of retail or service-related fields.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and inspire store/franchise management and sales staff.
  • Delivery of commercial results.
  • Delivery of customer service standards throughout the Region.
  • Willingness to challenge and take measured risk.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze business, prioritize opportunities, and build simple strategies to improve results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Able to work nights/weekends/holidays based on business requirements.
