Job Overview

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
