Business Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Management Specialist to drive business performance and transformation initiatives in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and transformation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations and reports, with excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. They will also possess the ability to influence individuals towards common goals and demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose enhancements to manual processes and identify key business risks, driving resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to drive projects.
  • Provide responsiveness to executive requests related to business analysis and project management.
  • Manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks.
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation.
  • Create and propose amendments to policies.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
  • Drive transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Analyze current business processes for improvement.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Intermediate to advanced ability in MS Office tools, Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design Software.
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with stakeholder groups and driving agendas.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence individuals towards common goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
