As a Senior Technical Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee the design and implementation of complex technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, create detailed technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery.

You are an expert in designing scalable and maintainable architectures that meet the needs of our clients. Your deep understanding of software development life cycles and technical trends enables you to provide strategic guidance to your team members. In addition to leading by example, you will also mentor junior developers to help them grow professionally.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to senior executives. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Java programming language and Spring framework;
  • Experience with Maven, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools;
  • Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Microservices Architecture;
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks;
  • Operational experience with application servers, databases, load balancers, and other infrastructure components required for web applications in highly available and scalable environments;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

  • Experience with financial services, especially banking;
  • Familiarity with Portal/Web Content Management systems;
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns like Microservices, CQRS, and event sourcing;
  • Experience with server virtualization and container technologies like Docker, VMWare, and HyperV;
  • Proficient use of Integration Platforms, API Gateway, etc.
