Real Estate Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and empathetic professional to join our growing team of real estate sales specialists. In this role, you will initiate conversations with homeowners experiencing challenging life events such as divorce, probate, or financial distress.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by helping individuals during difficult times while also earning commission on every successful closed deal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a consistent daily schedule for outbound calls to homeowners using a pre-qualified lead list.
  • Engage in empathetic and professional conversations to understand the seller's situation.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of selling and how our solutions can help them.
  • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM and consistently follow up to nurture leads.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals going through sensitive life situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a significant advantage.
