Global Business Solutions Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Solutions Architect to design and deliver strategic solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS architecture, cloud platforms, and excellent communication skills.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and client-centric solutions. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to clients and supporting the sales process by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to provide strategic business and technical guidance on implementing solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support sales efforts by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
