Job Title: Senior Security Analyst Remote

We are seeking an experienced security professional to join our organization in the role of Senior Security Analyst. The ideal candidate will have expertise in monitoring and managing client security systems, responding to security incidents, and providing recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and maintaining client security systems including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, network security, identity threat protection, dark web protection, data loss prevention, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Responding to and managing security incidents including incident investigations, malware detections, and security communication with clients.
  • Providing detailed analysis of evolving security threats and recommending remediation plans to clients.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security, email security, network security, and vulnerability management.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and ability to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks.
