Job Overview

This role is an integral part of our client-facing delivery team, assisting clients with risk assessments and projects within a security program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior security experts in executing risk assessments and projects
  • Work with clients to understand their operations and tailor security policies and procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our security education platform
  • Design and deploy phishing tests to clients regularly
  • Provide audit readiness support as required
  • Provision, implement, and manage GRC platforms for clients
  • Develop tools and techniques to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Document best practice procedures for commonly used technologies
  • Identify system misconfigurations and provide recommendations to clients
  • Capture regular metrics highlighting key activities and accomplishments
  • Support the design and development of our service offerings through insightful feedback
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk, or related fields
  • External-facing client experience
  • Ability to work independently and with teams to identify and resolve challenges
  • Effective communication skills with clients and internal audiences
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations, Security Engineering, and Information Risk Management
  • Report writing and summarization skills

As a key player in our client-facing delivery team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients, design and deploy phishing tests, and develop tools and techniques to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

You will also serve as a subject matter expert on our security education platform and assist senior security experts in executing risk assessments and projects.
