We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and manage the end-to-end candidate selection process. As an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator, you will leverage relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.


The role requires managing account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding. You will also manage ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process, including collaborating on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines.


This position involves building and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders. Effective communication is key in this role, requiring the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally. Excellent organisational skills are necessary to manage conflicting priorities, while being willing to work in a midshift schedule and adapt to a fixed-term contract.


You will need to demonstrate effective English business communication, written and oral, and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Strong organisational skills and excellent time management abilities are essential for success in this role.
