Healthcare Account Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Healthcare Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients while working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • College Graduate or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience:
  • At least 6 months of experience in BPO, preferably in an international voice account
  • Skills:
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Work Independently
