We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Healthcare Account Representative. As a member of our Customer Service Operations, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries regarding healthcare products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and multitask while speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
