We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Healthcare Accounts Representative to join our team.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, utilizing proactive customer service techniques, and leveraging call control strategies to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilizing proactive customer service techniques to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Providing product knowledge and information to customers to enhance their experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in any field from an accredited institution.
- Fresh Graduate or Entry-Level in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range between PHP 18,000.00 and PHP 23,000.00.
