Job Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and services, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication skills and empathy.
- Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent in any field.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level with BPO/Call Center experience or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills and above-average comprehension skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
