Important: The successful candidate for this position will be assigned at our Bacoor Site.

The Site Office Civil Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the Site Project Team by performing administrative and reportorial tasks aimed at monitoring the progress of the project.

  • Monitors site activity plans alongside the Project Manager and ensures that materials purchased for construction projects are in compliance with the plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitors incoming and outgoing memos and communication between the Operations Team and external counterparts
  • Maintains trackers of office memos, reports, and other documents
  • In partnership with the Project Management Team, assures that the work is performed in accordance to contract specifications and meets or exceeds the quality metrics defined.
  • Prepares and submits all necessary reports and documents in preparation for billing and project performance reviewsManages the liquidation of the site office petty cash
  • Conducts site visits and coordinates with the Engineering department and/or Operations to address and mitigate any execution issues or discrepancies.
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer; Licensed Engineer preferred
  • With at least one (1) year related work experience gained from a construction project as a site-based Technical Staff
  • Excellent in oral and written communication
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office and Google Suite
  • Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite throughout the duration of the project and in Quezon City on a temporary basis while the Site Office is being constructed
