Job Overview:

The Human Resources Specialist is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for providing high-level support to associates and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategic HR initiatives and solutions in line with established policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Drive change management projects, involving planning, execution, and managing the transition on a project basis.
  • Ensure local HR standards conform to government regulations and company guidelines.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, consistent, and quality human resource services in the region. Responds to inquiries from employees, managers, and the HR team.
  • Represent the organization at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities - all HR functions.
  • Strong Employee Relations expertise with the ability to provide guidance to leaders and associates.
  • Ability to identify issues and propose solution options well-articulated.
  • Willingness to take ownership of allocated tasks.
  • Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes.
  • Ability to work under direction with ease.

Proficient in excel, word, powerpoint & other tools in the Microsoft Office program.
