Job summary:

  • Expected salary: ₱20,000 - ₱28,000 per month

Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service by responding to consumer inquiries, requests, or concerns about the company products and services within the required service level.
  • Collect relevant information, identify issues, assess needs, and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations while adhering to quality guidelines.
  • Use available resources such as the Knowledgebase and Laboratory to assist consumers effectively.
  • Accurately document and update customer interactions and enter information into the CRM system.
  • Maintain performance within KPI goals, consistently meeting or exceeding scorecard expectations.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels accurately.
  • Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates, and communicate personal training needs to the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year degree course
  • A year of experience in Customer Service and Troubleshooting but OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in a HYBRID setup and on shifting operations which may include work on weekends
