Job Description

As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of customer support specialists who handle inquiries via multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in online gaming or interactive entertainment and possess strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring team performance metrics, identifying training needs, and conducting regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Additionally, you will report recurring issues, liaise with other teams to resolve them efficiently, and maintain effective communication flow within the CS department.
  • Other duties include assisting in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the gaming experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in online gaming or interactive entertainment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Organized and flexible with ability to work varied schedules.
