Virtual Marketing Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a marketing leader to drive our marketing engine end-to-end, building, measuring, and scaling campaigns that truly make a difference.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house), proficient in HubSpot (marketing + sales automation), and comfortable with data-driven decision making.

  • Manage all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting
  • Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google; expand into TikTok/YouTube
  • Run segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot
  • Build workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation
  • Track and report on key performance indicators: visitors, leads, cost per lead, return on ad spend
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing management experience
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Experience managing vendors/freelancers
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Data-driven, comfortable with key performance indicators and analytics
