Lead Digital Marketing Growth

Purpose of the Role

To lead and scale a high-impact marketing function, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth roadmap aligned to objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a small team, fostering creativity, accountability, and performance.
  • Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate in the market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, simplifying complex products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with agility and adaptability.
