Strategic Marketing Leader

Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our digital marketing strategy and drive growth across our two brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Strategic Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives. This includes creating and curating high-quality content, managing paid social media campaigns, and optimizing our website for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives growth and engagement across our two brands.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring maximum ROI and return on ad spend.
  • Optimize our website for search engines, improving our organic traffic and rankings through technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
