We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve coordinating logistics and planning for various events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or hospitality. They should be highly organized, with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and budgeting.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and attendees.
  3. Manage event registration, travel arrangements, and attendee communication.
  4. Ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, signage, registration, and troubleshooting.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective event execution.
  6. Collections feedback and metrics to document learnings and evolve repeatable templates and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or hospitality.
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Vendor, events, and budget fluency.
  • Proficiency with collaboration, PM, and event tools.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
