About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our growing team at HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing engaging marketing events and initiatives that support the company's overall marketing and business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and plan impactful marketing events, conferences, and activations

  • Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and logistics

  • Create and implement effective promotional strategies to drive event awareness and attendance

  • Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution and a positive attendee experience

  • Analyse event data and provide post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement

  • Support the development and distribution of marketing collateral, such as invitations, presentations, and event materials

  • Assist with the planning and execution of other marketing initiatives, as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure successful event delivery

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software

  • A keen interest in marketing, events, and the overall business objectives of the company

  • Can drive a car
