Our Customer Success team is all about the customer, ensuring every user is able to effectively put our products to work. The primary point of contact will be responsible for championing customer needs, sharing deep product knowledge, providing innovative solutions, building relationships, and driving success.

• Direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience: 3 to 7 years plus of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience is required.
• Proven track record of success: A proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals is necessary.
• Possess that rare blend of technical expertise and sales acumen: Possess that rare blend of technical expertise and sales acumen wrapped in a strong customer-centric mentality is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness is required.
• Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset: Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues is a must.
• Experience interacting with and influencing C-level executives: Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives is necessary.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with understanding of situational best practices and excellent presentation skills – from small to large audiences is a must.
