Client and Virtual Assistant Success Lead
About the Role:This role is pivotal in fostering success on both sides of client-VA partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate strategies to guarantee client and virtual assistant success
- Lead video interactions with international clients to ensure satisfaction
- Coach virtual assistants to achieve peak performance
- Bridge communication gaps between clients and VAs
- Create pathways for client expansion and assistant career growth
- Proven Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant - Demonstrated experience working with international clients (US/AU preferred)
- Client Satisfaction Expertise - Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting professional relationships
- Team Coordination Expertise - Any experience coordinating, mentoring, or supporting others in achieving their goals
- Excellent Communication Skills - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions
- Motivated Mindset - Understanding of what drives client satisfaction and employee success
- Fixed monthly salary + allowances
