\Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, focusing on inventory and revenue management, customer experience, and other ad hoc responsibilities. They will also oversee the performance of a team of 3+ people, ensuring that sales and profit targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

\Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or similar field, managing a branch, outlet, or department.
  • Experience in driving sales/profit and delighting customers.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for customer service and friendly positive attitude.
\Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working overseas.
  • Franchise development/support experience.
  • Interest or knowledge of football.
