Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in a key technical role.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with 1–3 years of civil engineering experience, particularly in residential land development design.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, a strong communicator, and comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute technical design tasks using Autodesk Civil 3D (grading, alignments, pipe networks, etc.)
  • Provide backend support for residential development projects
  • Upload, manage, and organize CAD files and project documents
  • Revise drawings based on redlines and internal feedback
  • Follow CAD standards and project specifications consistently
  • Coordinate with engineers and project managers via Microsoft Teams
  • Track deadlines, communicate proactively, and ensure timely delivery of work

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D (required)
  • Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects
  • Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs (willing to train on BMPs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CAD standards
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication in English (perfect fluency not required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms
