We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Primex Printers Inc.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

  • Handles clerical tasks such as filing, generating reports, and scheduling meetings.
  • Attends and responds to all administrative requests and inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with account executives and/or production department of specifications and formulation of best fit estimates.
  • Prepare job orders.
  • Entertain queries related to quotations.
  • Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
  • Employ systematic filing system for purchase as well as job orders.
  • Ensure that job orders and other production documents are properly monitored, checked, and recorded.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably Business Administration, Office Administration or any related fields.
  • At least one-year experience performing administrative function or clerical focused tasks.
  • Must have effective verbal and listening communication skills.
  • High attention to details, accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other financial software programs.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Program.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
