Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confident on the phone, great at follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
