Job Title: Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate recruiter to join our healthcare team.

This role involves connecting professionals with patients and families who rely on them. As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates using social media, job boards, and AI tools, and collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.

Your work will directly impact patient care, and you will be part of a remote-first team that genuinely supports you.

Daily Tasks:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Using platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
  • Occasionally assisting in recruiting for administrative roles when needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • You've recruited for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • You're confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates
  • You're proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
  • You know how to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • You've used tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You understand healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • You're highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken)
  • You're comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule
  • You can secure the required technical setup, including:
  • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
  • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
