US Healthcare Talent Sourcer

This role is geared towards experienced healthcare recruiters who excel at navigating MSP and VMS clients.
The ideal candidate will perform well in a dynamic, commission-driven environment where earning potential is vast.
Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the US
- Work with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates
- Utilize own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
- Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
- Must have access to own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to work US business hours or solely on weekends
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote role
- Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor
- Must have own VOIP US phone number/line
