A Sourcing Specialist is responsible for conducting research and talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and candidate engagement.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Building a network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
- Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews.
- Creating tracking systems for all candidates and maintaining an internal database.
- Collaborating with managers to identify future talent needs and proactively source candidates.
- Utilizing various channels, online portals and social networking sites to connect with potential candidates.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
- Extensive experience in using different channels, social networks, online portals and resume databases.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the healthcare/medical field is preferred but not required.
