Key Responsibilities- Source and place qualified healthcare professionals
- Ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet monthly hiring targets
- Expand candidate pipelines and networks
- Provide valuable insights to support business growth
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Stay current on healthcare recruitment trends
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Support peers and contribute to team success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster and LinkedIn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work night shifts/US time zones
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven
