We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding our clients' products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by listening actively, empathizing with their concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to handle customer requests and ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in call center environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools.
