You will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage high volumes of customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily, ensuring timely resolutions to their queries and concerns.
- Utilize contact search and productivity tools to verify contact information accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular health checks at recurring intervals to gauge product satisfaction and value completion.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to address customer objections intelligently and effectively.
- Document and track feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Capture customer expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and potential abandonment – 'Voice of the Customer'.
- Address customer concerns through appropriate communication channels, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to promote positive customer experiences and drive business growth.
