Job Description

The role of a Tax Compliance Specialist involves supporting complex tax accounting and compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

This position entails analyzing financial data and supporting tax projects, including audit and regulatory engagements. Additionally, the specialist will drive process improvements to enhance tax reporting efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support Tax Accounting Activities: Provide analysis to support management decisions on tax planning and strategy, ensuring all processes are documented in a standard format and maintained in an accessible fashion.
  • Develop Tax Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with training and knowledge requirements, recommending changes to procedures to improve the management of taxation and compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Coordinate with various business units for documents/information needed to complete reports/operational compliances.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Certified Public Accountant.
