Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?
- This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity to work as a Customer Support Representative in a fully remote environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. They will also handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns using Gorgias and Shopify.
- We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once. Empathy, patience, and reliability are essential when addressing customer concerns.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on our systems and processes. They will also have opportunities to grow with us as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide fast, accurate support to customers via various channels
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and resolve customer issues
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias

- Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
- A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
