Job Overview

About the Role
  • The Helping Hands Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure open roles are filled in line with growth plans, engage in outreach and screening processes to attract the right candidates, and improve onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth.
  • The individual will also build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture by promoting feedback, recognition, and professional growth.
